Donald W. Rowley, CEO
Donald W. Rowley serves as CEO and CFO of iTEK Services, Inc. Don has been with iTEK since it was established on October 1, 2004. Don was originally CFO and added the role of CEO in July 2012. Prior to joining iTEK, Don has held senior positions in publicly and privately held companies within the technology industry for over twenty-five years with companies involved with manufacturing, software and services. Don is a CPA and has worked at two large public accounting firms in auditing and management consulting services.
John Curl, President
John Curl serves as President of iTEK Services, Inc. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing where he was responsible for all sales throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to joining iTEK in 2009, John served as President of an industry value added reseller in addition to his tenure at a mobile and wireless technology OEM company. He brings many years of industry experience. John’s Seniority and industry knowledge help him provide strong leadership. John is affectionately regarded by his friends as the best Kentucky Derby party host of all time.
Mark K. Brown, Vice President of Human Resources
Mark K. Brown serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at iTEK Services, Inc. Mark is responsible for human capital management as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining iTEK Services in the fall of 2014, Mark served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hero Level Productions. Prior to this, he worked for the U.S. Health and Human Services Department as a Human Resources Director. Over the course of his career, Mark has also held successful management and directorial positions in sales, marketing, operations and in the entertainment industry. Mark once received a personal commendation from George Lucas for his work directing the promotional campaign for the film “Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.”
Susan Traynor, Vice President of Financial Operations
Susan Traynor serves as the Vice President of Financial Operations for iTEK Services, Inc. and is responsible for the Procurement and Inventory departments, financial reporting for iTEK’s Canadian division and the review of new business pricing and financial costs analysis. Prior to joining iTEK in 2012, Susan worked in Financial Recruiting for a public company. She has also held Director of Finance positions for two television production companies, responsible for equity and license financing and business affairs. In order to relax, Susan is known for holding dance-off competitions in her kitchen while singing her favorite songs.
Kevin Lewis, Director of Repair Operations
Kevin Lewis serves as the Director of North American Repair Operations for iTEK Services, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing repair operations in all facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Kevin brings with him over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and prior to joining iTEK in 2015, held Director and Management positions in Quality, Production, Engineering, Operations and Repair Services and managed repair facilities for ECG Telemetry, Femtosecond Lasers, Cellular Phones, Laptops, Tablets, and Video Games. Kevin is a die-hard Cincinnati Bengal fan - it’s been a rocky road.
Michael Chavez, Director of Material Handling
Michael Chavez serves as the Director of Material Handling at iTEK Services, Inc. and is responsible for the performance of logistics and warehouse operations in all facilities in the United States and Canada with regards to shipping, receiving, material control and inventory management. Prior to joining iTEK in 2016, Michael served as Purchasing Manager for GS Aerospace for over five years. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton. Not only is Michael a college football athlete, he is a lover of cooking and graduated from the four year program at the Culinary Arts Institute of Fullerton.
